Once you book for Reiki with Me, I send you Multiple Reiki Sessions over a period of 2 weeks. I also send you some Guidelines via email that can Help You to Heal Yourself Well.  It is Highly Recommended that You read and adhere to these Guidelines as Best as You can for Better Healing for You. The Guidelines are emailed out to the contact email address stated on the booking.

Providing there is good adherence to these Guidelines, it is expected that you would only require these Reiki sessions that are sent to you over this standard 2-week period - at the most.
